The crew was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic people. They have all sorts of drinks to choose from and their music playlist was so FIRE. They even offered to help us create “content” which was awesome cause we are sometimes too scared to ask and they were so patient with it. I started feeling sea sick 20 minutes in and I was giving ice blocks to chew onto and they helped a great deal cause I was fine afterwards. Thank you guys ♥️

Booked for 10 people. Crew was lovely and attentive. They offered to take pictures of us and kept checking up on us regularly making sure we have drinks on hand. It was a lovely experience and we even saw dolphins at the end of the cruise just as we turned back to the Waterfront.

The boat was nice,we departed the exact time they mentioned....the wind was too strong though at the top while the boat was in motion...rather than that we enjoyed swimming with the dolphins,seeing seals and seeing the fish factory 🤌....

Booked the sunset champagne cruise with my daughter and what a beautiful experience the crew took care of us from when the trip started while at sea and all the way back safely . The views are amazing definitely a must do activity in Cape Town

I went on the one hour catamaran cruise with Waterfront Charters on 25 September 2026. It was amazing, the staff were so helpful, the bar was efficient and adding to the enjoyment of the passengers. Music was playing as we saw the amazing views around the ocean. Thank you Waterfront Charters ✨

Amazing boat trip today at 11:30 the staff are so friendly in the shop and on the boat , they helped me find the shop as my mum can’t walk far and rather told me she can go straight to the dock .

We really enjoyed our cruise with Waterfront Charters! The experience was amazing from start to finish, with breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean making the cruise even more memorable. The staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the experience. They even assisted us with taking photos, which we really appreciated because it allowed us to capture some beautiful memories together. It’s worth it to see the Cape Town coast and marine life while enjoying some champagne.
A great tour for seeing the entire Cape Town coastline. It was cloudy the day I went, but that didn't spoil the experience, as the service from the *Enigma* crew was excellent; they made everyone on board feel completely at ease to enjoy the trip. Speed boat ocean safari
We really did enjoy this sail. Small inflatable boats are best to see the marine live up close and you are in a very small group of people which is amazing (our boat had only 6 seats). Our captain Michaela was excellent and told us a lot interesting facts about all the animal we've seen. Amazing ocean safari experience!
We booked an ocean safari during our stay in South Africa and it exceeded every expectation. We had the boat just for us, and our guide Mikayla was fantastic from start to finish. She took us to the areas she thought gave us the best chance of spotting marine life — and she was right. We watched dolphins feeding and leaping out of the water, spotted two humpback whales, and even came across a couple of penguins. All in one trip. Mikayla’s knowledge and enthusiasm made it. She was genuinely invested in giving us the best possible time rather than just ticking boxes, and it showed. If you’re visiting the area, don’t skip this. Ask for Mikayla if you can.

We had an amazing experience with Mikaela! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour so enjoyable. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, penguins, and seals, which made the trip even more special.
